Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our proforma invoice and order confirmation constitute the binding terms for each order. Our Return Policy and Refund Policy (see dedicated section below) apply to all sales: returns are accepted only within 3 days and only for Ex Factory damage attributable to us; perishable goods are not returnable; refund is at lower of market rate or buy rate, minus freight and 10% return fee, and after 60 days.
